Finally, a meeting that was convened by the Minister of Petroleum
Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke to mediate between the management
of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and its striking
workers has resulted in the suspension of the 3-days old industrial
action embarked upon by the oil workers.
